Citi Entertainment Alexa Skill and Google Agent

Citi's Entertainment brand needed an easy, cross-platform way to search concerts and events using Amazon Alexa and Google Voice.

We created an Alexa Skill and a Google Voice Agent that used the same conversational flow, and shared a common database and custom backend system.

The Entertainment Voice Agent we created allowed users to search for concerts and events, get information about artists, and find out about upcoming shows.
